Welcome! This is "Catatonic Digressions."

Most readers don't understand my blog's title. It's an old inside joke from a forum long gone. I was going to change it, but since it's been "confusing" for so long, I decided to leave it. Don't worry about what it means, the content of the blog is what matters...or not

Unfortunately, my blog isn't what I set out for it to be. A sick woman in Orleans, MA began stalking me in 2007 on Myspace. Since that time, this woman obsessed over me to the point of having the police come to her home and threaten to confiscate her laptop. She is a racist and anti-Semite.I could no longer blog freely, knowing this nutbag was just going to take the photos I'd post and put them on a child exploitation website.

This site is only up for the information it has that others might need to know about. That information is about "Seal Shepherd" aka Michael McDade, Kat McAboy aka Marilyn McAboy and Veronika Hompo, a self-proclaimed Nazi.

I'm a real person. I'm real and I don't pretend to be someone I'm not. After years of putting up with online abuse by manipulative, pathological liars, attention whores or narcissists, I've had it. Don't bother me with pathetic drama. I have no time for these types of people and their need to absorb others' time and attention.

This blog is no longer used. I've retired it for the most part unless something very important comes up.

I share the inspirational and funny stories behind some of the quarter million secrets I have received on postcards. I project images of the secrets that were banned from the four PostSecret books. I talk about my secret - an experience I never spoke of for more than three decades and eventually drove me to start collecting secrets from strangers. And I always save time to answer questions and listen to the soulful, humorous and sometime sexual secrets from the audience.

"I did not know what to expect, but afterwards I was so glad I was able to get a ticket. There were times when I felt like I was laughing and crying at the same time. I will never forget some of the secrets my classmates shared. I came alone - but did not feel alone."

A Philosophy for Living Life [ Learned from Mutts ] - Never pass up the opportunity to go for a joy ride. - Stretch before rising out of bed. - Be loyal. - Don't present yourself as something you're not. - Let friends touch you; Enjoy all tummy rubs, hugs, and pats on your head. - Then again, go tickle others' tummys, hug them, and pat them on the head! - On cold nights, curl up with someone warm (or take their blanket). - When you're excited, speak up! - Be gentle with the earth. - Enjoy life's simple pleasures. - Delight in the simple joy of a long walk. - It doesn't hurt to sit or walk in the rain. It can be relaxing. - Learn to listen. - Never deprive someone of hope; it might be all they have. - Make the world your playground. - Don't attack others for being a different color or shape. - Always find a good place in the sun to relax and take a nap. - Take a nap again. - When you've done something bad, hiding can only work for so long before they find you. - Worst comes to worse, you can always take a nap. - Give generously. - No matter how often you are criticized, run back into life and make friends. - Forgive. Don't let a little dispute break a great relationship. - Eat with gusto and enthusiasm. - Dance around when you're happy! - Dance like nobody's watching. - If you stare at someone long enough, eventually you get what you want from them. - When someone is having a bad day, be silent and sit close by. Hugs help. - Don't leave a tasty meal unattended for long. - Dare to get off the ground. - Leave the house once in awhile. - Make others feel better about themselves. - Silence is sometimes the best answer. - No matter how serious you need to be sometimes, everyone needs a friend to be goofy with. - The small everyday happenings make life special - Even under the hardest of exteriors is someone who wants to be loved and appreciated. - Don't let others invade your territory. - Know who are your natural allies. - Not getting what you want is sometimes a stroke of luck. - Sometimes you will get a second chance. - Learn that you still have a lot to learn. - Never stop learning new things!
