Kennedy Plaza Farmers Market

The Kennedy Plaza Farmers Market will be open from 11am to 7pm every Wednesday through October, 2009 and now Saturdays from 9AM to 1PM and returning vendors will offer residents fruits, vegetables, fresh fish, pasta, cheeses and baked goods.

Joe and Bernadette cooked up some delicious mushrooms and zucchini bites for a taste of the market fish, pasta, cheeses and baked goods.

New items include pickles, herbs and a variety of meats. The Kennedy Plaza Farmers Market is located on Park Avenue and National Boulevard in Long Beach, just west of the LIRR Station at Kennedy Plaza.

Colorful fruits abound at the market
