I can't wait for this to be available to the public! I've already found my mayo of choice—Vegenaise by Follow Your heart—but a plant-based egg substitute that can emulate a scrambled egg, be used for baking, cooking and anything else a regular egg would be usually used for? I need that. We all need that. Chickens will thank Hampton Creek Foods for this. I hope it takes off and sells like mad!
